Our Business

Our business evolved out of the popular demand and global love for African-Caribbean music, particularly for reggae music from Jamaica. 

We are committed to promoting live performances from top musicians to our global audiences.  Wherever you are based we will happily act as artiste booking agents for you and assist further with your event needs.  We will even assist you by providing artiste personal appearances for private parties, product endorsements and advertising.

Personal details gathered from our customers is not stored by us or divulged to any third parties and this website complies with The Data Protection Act 1988.

DELIVERY, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

All event tickets purchased before 4pm on Monday - Friday will be despatched the same day.  Outside these hours tickets will be despatched the next working day.  Tickets purchased three days prior to the event will be made available for collection at the venue.  All deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt and customers will be notified at the point of purchase of all delivery charges. Unless otherwise requested, most tickets will however be supplied via email at least 4 hours prior to the event start time.

Refunds are not available for purchases from this website of unwanted tickets/cancellations unless there is a valid excuse for their return and the tickets are unsoiled and returned within 7 clear days of the relevant event, or unless the relevant event is cancelled.  Refunds in these circumstances will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the tickets.
